Like most of us, I work some serious hours and encounter constant pressure. I have found over the years that holding everything inside just doesn’t work or feel good, and eventually it will all come out. This often materializes in some form of melt down causing you and others a lot of pain and anguish. To combat this daily attack I go to hot yoga as a way to release the stress I accumulate. I have found it not only a great way to stay in shape, but a way to get present to how you are feeling in your everyday life.
