The Present
As Humans we find it hard to let go of the past. Although there is definitely a place for memories, you cant live a day in the past because the future will look just the same as it did yesterday. Also you cant live in the future, as today will pass you by. The only way to be truly happy is to connect with the present – connect with the moment.
